A charming Basque Country pinxtos bar in the heart of Circular Quay. Two brothers opened their third French restaurant in Sydney October of 2023, where I had the opportunity of designing and illustrating their authentic food and wine menus.

Create a series of food and wine menus and a suite of custom illustrations to shape the brand direction. Design a cohesive webpage applying the brand evolution inline with partner L’Entrcote venues.
brief
Inspired by French Basque Country, this tiny pinxtos bar boasts a rich cuisine unifying unique flavors of France and Spain. Complimented by an extensive drinks menu exploring traditional sangrias, exceptional twists on classic concoctions as well as an endless wine list honouring Basque Country culture.
An intimate venue shot, rendered by hand determines the overall look and feel of the brand. This hero illustrations is used across web, digital and print platforms to curate a cohesive, inviting dining experience to new and existing patrons. Aimed to elevate the dining experience, the gatefold bistro-style food menu celebrates the rustic country tradition through form and quirk. Distinctive graphics illustrated to emphasise food offerings and give a visual representation of traditional Basque Country dishes. Similarly, the quintessential drinks list is complimented by colourful illustrations of concoctions behind the bar, using different ingredients and glasses to distinguish between cocktails.
