Bull & Bush Hotel

An iconic Sydney hotel – reimagined. Established in 1930’s, the Bullo is a local favourite amoungst the Hills-District community. Along with a change of ownership mid-2023, the cherished hotel was well overdue for a fresh identity and online presence.

Create a dynamic brand identity utilizing supplied logo artwork that establishes the venue in a new light. Develop a responsive website, with social media and print campaign collateral to launch the new brand.

With a lively history history dating back to the 19th century, the Bullo is the go-to spot for fun, family-friendly entertainment and fantastic food. It was up to us to curate a strong, revolutionized identity whilst recognizing the venue’s significant history.

Utilising the venue renovation, the colour palette is based off in-venue interiors, styling and greenery. A traditional serif and san-serif pairing reflects the Bullo’s transitional territory without feeling unapproachable or too high-end. With a variety of weekly drivers on offer, it was crucial to capture community engagement through relateable content. A strong nostalgic theme is created through retro-collage style imagery, vibrant accent colours and fun, digestible type layout.
